Work. This is area I have personally struggled with. I'm on career number two now, and it it feels night and day. I worked for 10+ years in residential real estate, experiencing varying levels of success overtime. But it became very apparent that this kind of work was not for me. There was great clarity around this fact, but what to move to was another matter. Finding something that I could be excited by & held meaning to me, that was economically viable and charting a course to get there was extremely challenging. I stagnated in a no-man's land for what seem liked forever and it was very uncomfortable. Ultimately making the change and the process involved has been one of the most important endeavors of my life. I changed along with my career.
