No doubt family relationships suffers from our difficult work schedules. There is a real financial cost to society in this as well. Disrupted parental relationships early on, create all sorts of hardships and negative behaviors along the way and over a life time.

Most everybody I know works more than they want to, but this is the expectation and we all go along with it.
