A trend that will be interesting to see if it holds up over time. My bet is no. Despite what we're seeing, frugality and now smaller homes, we end up back on the consumption treadmill. It will be for the younger generations to break the cycle.

Wow! It takes a bold builder to even start a new home these days. What with all the homes for sale. Larger or smaller..
